Dave’s driving mission is to make a difference in other’s lives so that they make a difference in other’s lives. Whether one’s goals are personal or business oriented, Dave’s touch can help make the difference.

During 40+ years in business, Dave has trained thousands of individuals from numerous organizations assisting them in their individual quest to get to the next level as well as achievement of organizational effectiveness. Dave has a keen perspective on what it takes to achieve excellence and be successful (as one defines success) in a constantly changing world.

In addition to a successful business career, Dave has spent considerable time in community leadership roles serving on Planning Boards, founding a Neighborhood Preservation Committee, and serving as the first President of an advocacy group for students in special education. Dave remains involved in a memorial fund at Edinboro University designated to help special needs students live the full and complete college experience.

Appointed by the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services (Kathleen Sebelius) under President Barack Obama to serve on the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV), Dave served as a Commissioner for four years two of them as Chairman. Created by Congress, the commission advises and makes recommendations on issues relating to the operation of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Dave has been a guest lecturer at Georgian Court University’s School of Business and Edinboro University Office of Development.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University where he received the Most Outstanding Senior Award, was a recipient of a scholarship to Columbia University’s School of Continuing Education Program and is married to the love of his life, Katherine. Together they raised 4 children.
